Bookings and your stay
From the calendar on the Book page: choose your dates, see the price for that period straight away and confirm. The form is Holidu's, which takes the payment and updates the villa's calendar.
No, the villa is rented as a whole. The pool is also for the exclusive use of the guests staying: the number of people in the water cannot exceed the number on the booking.
The cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are shown in the booking form before you confirm, together with the payment deadlines.
As soon as you know, and in any case before you set off: you can write it in the requests when you book. We do check-in in person, so we need it to be there for you.
Rates and payments
It depends on the dates and how many of you there are. You can see the exact price in real time in the calendar on the Book page, without writing to us or signing up.
No, the cot is free. Please ask in advance, as it is subject to availability. We have no extra beds.
Private pool, on-site parking, wi-fi, air conditioning, sheets and towels. In the kitchen you'll find coffee, water, salt, pepper, oil and washing-up liquid for your whole stay.
From the age of two they pay the same as adults. Children of all ages are welcome, but the pool is not fenced: little ones need an adult with them at all times.
The house and amenities
No: the villa is self-catering and the kitchen is yours. There's an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, with the first capsules ready for you.
Yes, in the house, together with an iron and ironing set. They are included in your stay, no tokens needed.
Yes, we provide bed linen and towels, along with toiletries and a hairdryer. You don't need to bring anything.
Yes, free and everywhere on the property, garden included. There's also a desk in the living room, if you need to work for a few hours.
No. There are wide doors and room to turn in the bathroom, but the entrance has steps and there is no lift, no level route inside and no shower aids. We'd rather tell you before you book.
Arrival and parking
From the SS115 Agrigento–Sciacca road, head down towards Realmonte and Lido Rossello: the villa is at Contrada Canalotto 19, 1 km from the sea. The nearest airport is Comiso, 125 km away.
The nearest station is Porto Empedocle Succursale, 7 km away; Porto Empedocle Centrale is 8 km. From the station to the villa it's best to take a car or a taxi.
Inside the property: parking is private, free and doesn't need booking. Street parking in the area is free too.
By 10 am. Arrival is between 3 pm and 9 pm, letting us know your time in advance.
