We built the house in 2019 as a home for our family, in Contrada Canalotto, Realmonte. Today we open it to guests: you rent the whole villa, with its four bedrooms, three bathrooms and private pool.
Call and you reach the people who run the villa, not a call centre. On the phone we speak Italian; in writing we answer in nine languages, English included, through the booking platform's translator or on WhatsApp.
No key box: we open the door ourselves, between 3pm and 9pm.
One double bed, sleeps two. It is one of the villa's three double bedrooms: it is booked together with the others, because the house is rented whole and never room by room.

In all four bedrooms and in every room, plus a masonry stove: the villa works in December too, not only in summer.
Free, indoors and in the garden. There is a proper desk in the living room, if you have to work for an hour.
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Pots and utensils are already there, and the coffee is on us.
In the house, included in the stay: no tokens, no extra charges.
Both are outside: you cook in the open without walking back to the kitchen every five minutes.
Two parking spaces inside the fenced property, plus the garage. Free: no hunting for a space on the street, nothing to pay.
For the exclusive use of whoever is staying, open all year round and with no opening hours: you get in the water in November as in August, at whatever time you like. There is a children's pool too. In the evening the lights around the pool come on.
Five hundred square metres between house and grounds: sun loungers, patio, balcony, and the terrace with the sea in front and the mountains behind.
A bath with whirlpool jets, in the upstairs bathroom. By the pool there is instead a dedicated shower and a reserved bathroom, so nobody walks back inside dripping.
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and iron. There is enough washing-up liquid for the whole stay.
