Straight answers to your questions
Nine, in four bedrooms: three doubles and one with two bunk beds. The villa is rented whole, not room by room, and there are no extra beds.
Between 3pm and 9pm, and we ask you to tell us your arrival time in advance: we open the door ourselves. Check-out is by 10am.
No, pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors; outside is fine, as long as no cigarette ends or ash end up on the ground or in the pool. The villa is not rented for parties, events or stag and hen weekends.
Yes: private, free and inside the property, with no need to book. Street parking nearby is free as well.
