our story
Before we opened it to guests, it was our home
We built the villa in 2019, in Contrada Canalotto, as a home for our family. Then we decided to open it to guests, as a whole: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the pool and the garden.
That is why it is not a hotel, and doesn't try to look like one. Whoever books gets the whole villa, with the pool and the garden, and on the phone they talk to the people who run it, not a call centre.

How it began, and what it is today

2019
We build it
It is built in Contrada Canalotto, in Realmonte, as a home for our family. The sea at Lido Rossello is one kilometre away.

It opens to guests
We decide to open it to people on holiday: the whole villa, with its pool and garden, and us welcoming you in person.

A whole villa
Four bedrooms, nine beds, three bathrooms and a private pool open all year round. Rented as a whole, never room by room.

The things we take care of

You talk to us.
On the phone you reach the people who run the villa, every day from 8 am to 9 pm. In writing we reply in nine languages.

We let you in.
No key box: check-in is in person, between 3 pm and 9 pm, at a time we agree beforehand.

We provide the linen.
Sheets, towels embroidered with the villa's name, toiletries and a hairdryer. No need to pack them.

We provide the coffee.
There is a coffee machine, and the first capsules are waiting for your first breakfast.

We tell you the rules beforehand.
No smoking indoors, no parties and no pets. Children of all ages are welcome, and the cot is free.
